Hospital Florist & Gifts provides same-day delivery Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
The flat fee for delivery to all hospitals is $9.95. For same-day delivery your order must be placed before 1pm. Our couriers deliver twice-daily, with the final delivery window finishing at 7pm. Please let us know if your order is intended for a staff member and let us know what their shift/working hours are.
If you require a delivery on the same day later than 1pm, please call our friendly staff on (02) 8123 7053 to see if we can accommodate your order. Orders places after 1pm will incur extra delivery charges. The $9.95 delivery charge only applies to deliveries which are not specific time deliveries. If you need a delivery organised to arrive at a specific time in the day this will incur an extra charge.If you have requested a specific time delivery a customer service representative will contact you to discuss the additional fees which may apply before charging your card.
Our $9.95 hospital delivery service occurs in two 'delivery windows'. The morning delivery window is 10am-2pm, and the afternoon delivery window is 1pm-7pm.
Please note: The minimum spend for all flowers and gift deliveries is $69.
If the patient has been discharged when we arrive with their flowers/gifts we will contact you for a suitable forwarding address. If they have been moved to another hospital we will endeavour to redeliver to their new location. This service is provided free of charge but only if the residential address or new location is within the Sydney metropoltan area.
If your order is intended for a staff member or hospital worker you must specify their working hours in the 'Special Delivery Instructions' field of the online ordering page. Many health care workers work shift hours and it is impossible for us to predict when they are going to be at work as normal business hours don't apply to hospitals. Surcharges may apply.
In most cases we can offer same-day Nation-wide delivery where the order is placed before 10am.We are located in Sydney, New South Wales. If your delivery is to somewhere other than the Sydney metro area, it will be sent through our network of florists (Petals Network). Orders being sent to areas outside the Sydney Metro area are subject to our substitution policy. Products will vary from those pictured on this website if you want delivery outside of Sydney.
