We always make our best effort to deliver your order to the hospital address you provide. It is very important that you check all details before you submit them to us. Please also provide additional instructions - eg. whether the patient is in ICU or in a special ward with limited access. In some cases, due to incorrect information being provided, or due to problems our couriers encounter when attempting to deliver your order, we may not be able to complete the delivery. If the patient has been discharged or moved to another facility we will re-deliver your order to them free of charge as soon as possible (so long as the new delivery location is within the Sydney metropolitan region).
On occasion it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers used in your arrangement or bouquet. This does not happen often as we are able to source a wide variety of flowers almost year-round in Sydney. But due to factors that are not possible to predict, such as weather patterns and importing logistics. During recent flooding in Sydney all of our local snapdragon flowers were essenitally drowned and we were unable to source them for a little while. So you can understand that seasonal availability can also mean some flower types may vary from those displayed in some of the images on our website. We always go out of our way to try and source the flowers we represent in photos on this website. We hope you are understanding in the rare cases when this is not possible.
If a substitution is required we will make every effort to contact you and inform you before delivery to the hospital. However, in the course of arranging delivery of your special message, this may not always be possible and we may go ahead with the substitution without notifying you in order to prevent delays.
In the case of a substitution we guarantee to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value, and will keep with the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the hospital patient or staff member is not lost.
